Rodd Kirby, CEO and Founder

Rodd Kirby, a software system developer for over 10 years and graduate from Baylor University, began his entrepreneurial journey in the gas station convenience store arena. He soon discovered his passion for network marketing, built large groups, and owned many multi-level-marketing companies. The love for the SYSTEM is where Rodd’s passions really was; specifically the art of duplication and creating modular based systems which allowed all types of business’s and independent marketers to share their products and services online. In 1999, after he sold his networking business’s and licensed a marketing system from another company, Rodd built his own CRMm software system from scratch! Today, Rodd, with the help of our amazing CRMm team, realizes his passion every day – helping numerous companies and independent marketers share their products and services through CRMm Software platform.

Mark McIntyre, COO

Mark McIntyre brings a wide range of people experience to the table. His vast knowledge in many varied industries such as network marketing, retail management, consulting, training, logistics, and project management coupled with his passion for helping people with our CRMm Software Solutions have earned him the esteemed position of our progressive Chief People Officer. Mark is the backbone of CRMm, acting as our staff editor as well as holding the crucial roles of being responsible for our support team, client system software training, trouble-shooting, and testing. Mark’s “passion for detail” and creative talents are also used in assisting our clients in developing systems specifically designed for them. He makes sure that every development and design process results in a system that will make our clients life easier and increase their R.O.I.

German Chale, CTO

German Chale oversees all of CRMm’s servers and system development. He received his Applied Science Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology in 1984. Before joining Naxum in 2008, German gained vast and varied experience working as a project manager and admin server administrator. German runs the CRMm ship, he is in charge of overseeing CRMm’s extensive server platforms and managing multiple data centers. German spearheads all of CRMm’s new custom system setups, configuration and live deployment. German brings to CRMm a wealth of knowledge in many programs such as Linux, Windows, php, cgi, mysql, javascript, html, and over 15 years of experience with server platforms and online marketing system development. German holds it all together by managing all new technology development and custom programming needs with great attention to detail.

Steve Russell, CSO

Steve Russell has over 15 years in the network marketing industry as a distributor. His vast knowledge and experience in the industry has given him all the tools to oversee CRMm™’s help desks, live text chat, and phone support. Steve knows how to expertly connect with customers, understand their needs, how they use technology, and develop support systems to help customers realize their potential. Steve now applies his vast knowledge to create the ultimate customer support system in a personal and remarkable way that fulfils our members needs so they can build a successful business.

Ben Dixon, CMO

Ben Dixon brings a unique skill set to the CRMm team. Ben graduated college at a young age and went on to work as an outside consultant for a Fortune 200 company. Ben then discovered his niche in the direct sales and network marketing industry. He acheived great success in his own opportunity by using a unique approach through social media marketing. Ben now applies his knowledge and success secrets when he helps our clients in creating systems that help bring their businesses to new levels of success. He assists our clients with customizing and building systems that fit their specific needs. Ben also uses his knowledge helping with system design as he looks to continually make our system more intuitive and easy to use.

Joey McDermott, CRMM Sales Consultant

Joey McDermott has worked in the sales and marketing industry for over 10 years and has used his extensive knowledge and experience to build multiple influential companies, as well as consulted to help build other successful companies. Joey handles corporate sales for CRMm. He brings a wealth of knowledge from the sales industry to the CRMm team. With over 20 years of sales experience, Joey teaches our clients how to overcome objections, build relationships that will lead to success. He trains them by showing them how to develop the right mindset to be successful in the Network Marketing and Direct Sales. He soon is releasing a cutting edge book and is negotiation deals to do infomercials on how to build your brand in the new economy.

Julius Niskey has been in the print and web marketing industry for over 18 years. Recognized as a guru for making registers ring and customer creation, Niskey has created his niche by working heavily and mastering the multi-channel marketing industry. As an industry professional in Commercial Mixed Media Marketing, Niskey has built a successful Design & Print Firm and has secured prestigious clients such as Deutsch, Sony, MGM Resorts International, Buffalo Wild Wings West Corporation, and many other companies. Over the past seven years Niskey and his team have been working diligently in custom replicating and non-replicating web development & design, search-engine optimization (SEO), corporate branding, and content management system development. Julius acts as the Chief Design Officer for CRMM bringing his vast design and marketing knowledge to the team.

Emily-Kate Berger, Senior Copy Writer

Emily-Kate Berger brings a varied skill set to the table. Her background as an artist and her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts Sculpture give her a creative outlook on all she does. Emily-Kate holds two Masters Degrees, one in Education with a concentration on Curriculum Design and Instruction and one in Business Administration in Organizational Psychology. She has been working in the print, marketing, public relations, and Internet marketing industry for over 18 years. She has been writing articles, marketing materials, and search engine optimized content for numerous websites for a wide variety of industries. She is currently working on her own book of Art and overcoming breast cancer. Emily-Kate writes customized content to fit the individual needs of every client.
